This program is focused on gaining knowledge and experience to work as a paraprofessional whether as a page, assistant or technician. The curriculum is appropriate for those new to the field and for experienced staff who wish to expand their knowledge and skills. This is also relevant for those with a bachelor's degree wanting to learn about library work before deciding to commit to a Master's in Library Science program to work as a librarian.
